Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you aren’t fully satisfied with our products, you may return it within 15 days for a store credit.

Returns are easy:

  1. Please contact us first before shipping anything back otherwise it won’t be accepted.

  3. Let us know your email, order number, the item you’d like to return, and why you weren’t satisfied.
  4. When shipping a product back, please also return all material included with the product

Terms and Conditions:

Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

We can not be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit. Please use shipping options that include tracking and insurance.

Returned products are subject to inspection prior to issuing refund.

Any consultation given is considered opinion based and nothing else. Results are not guaranteed.

By checking out and completing sale, customer agrees to hold Protective Nourishment Inc. and all its personnel harmless should any skin reaction or medical conditions arise.

In lieu of Protective Nourishment’s Consultation Policy, Any reviews made by customer on any and all media outlets that impact Protective Nourishment negatively, shall be subject to legal action.
